Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

During restocks or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping within Australia

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been lodged with the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays, but we will always help where possible.
